'Swordfish caught on Bolo'

Try the excitement of running 20 miles off the Hillsboro Inlet to the Humps in the Gulf. We leave the Hillsboro dock at around 4 to 5 pm to run out to where the water is 1,250 feet of water in the Gulf Stream. Enjoy the beauty of sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean.

'A Lifetime Memory'

We set heavy guage lines out to 50 feet, 100 and 150 feet. Live bait with glow-lights on the line to attract other bait fish complete the picture. Then you wait in the darkness for the big swordfish to come up from their daytime levels of around a thousand feet towards the surface. They are hunting squid and tasty baitfish like Tinker Mackerel.

'Bigger than Man'

When a big sword hits your line, the biggest fight of your life begins. A 160lb swordfish can have your arms fighting its strength for an hour and more. If he's 350lbs, you will need every muscle you have (and maybe those of a friend or two or three!).

Nothing is guaranteed but Bolo's expert crew of Keith Bonnafe and Corey Ryan know how to help you make your own luck, to find the big ones and bring them home towards midnight after the fight of a lifetime.

'Great Fun, Great Workout'

Bragging rights don't come any better than catching one of these big guys.

And Spring is the time to go for it.
The swordfish are really running!
